WAITING FOR PIGEON

I had no fresh food in the house.
I shot a pigeon and cut the breasts out.
Then I rolled them in flour, mustard powder & cayenne pepper.
Got some butter nice and hot in a pan and put the breasts in and cooked them both sides for a couple of mins.
Then I added some stock and Worcester sauce and let them hang out for a few more minutes.
In another pot I slow fried thinly sliced onion rings and some garlic till they turned brown, as the pigeon was resting I added a tin of broad beans to the onions and stirred them together to warm through.

Ray Mears eat yourself.

Sent on the move.
