How to fit a motor in a frame:
Cook a pot of Buta Kakuni
Invite someone
Then invite a couple of others
Then invite anyone else who rings up
Put motor in frame
Talk shit and smoke then eat
Put 4 bolts in and look for the cotter pins
Talk more shit, smoke more then go to bed.

WAITING FOR PIGEON
I had no fresh food in the house.
I shot a pigeon and cut the breasts out.
Then I rolled them in flour, mustard powder & cayenne pepper.
Got some butter nice and hot in a pan and put the breasts in and cooked them both sides for a couple of mins.
Then I added some stock and Worcester sauce and let them hang out for a few more minutes.
In another pot I slow fried thinly sliced onion rings and some garlic till they turned brown, as the pigeon was resting I added a tin of broad beans to the onions and stirred them together to warm through.
Ray Mears eat yourself.
Sent on the move.

BOOK 'EM DANNO
so there we were WALKING back from having some lunch when this riot van packed with uniforms comes round the corner and parks up on a double yellow in Loftus Road...whats going on? football? nope, NANDOS...
is that suitable use of taxpayers money and of course is that an appropriate reason to park illegally?
Cops and gangstas love chicken, this is the same Nandos as the shooting couple of years ago where one of the wounded 'alleged' offenders managed to get in his BMW and drove it into the local Eastate Agents office... in the light of this fact I think that the cops are just patrolling known haunts and therefore it is totally appropriate parking.
Well done The Met - keep eating that chicken.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT IN WONDERLAND
And so it was time to go out to the Lewis Leathers/Sideburn thingy up west.... and as ever in wonderland it was shitting down. Being a hardened biker I went in my car.

There were alot of people there and a small showing of soggy bikes and riders including Dave Carroll, Huggy, Conrad and Barry.
Just when I was giving up hope on the Widows a dirty rumble comes down the street and Stef appears, taking one for the team, no waterproofs, open face, no glasses - showing class Stef.
Then off to get fed...

as we left just beside where I'd parked the car we came across this sticking out of a garage - all ends well [and even better when I received that video of Stef riding home].

SEPTEMBER BARCRAWLER
My wife and older kids went out...I stayed home cos the smallest was too small... I ate spagetti bolognese, drank beer, smoked, took off the buddy seat and hard bags from my bike, bungeed on a Mr. Moore seat then went and watched Thunderbolt & Lightfoot on TV. Who says parenting is difficult?
