TO CUT OR NOT TO CUT



























































Stefan is planning to run this S&S 2 Throat in France.... he wants to cut the backing plate up to leave a couple of venturis... nice plan BUT I says these carbs are getting hard to find and this one came with instructions and everything so it would be a shame to chop it and he should run it as it comes.

What do you think???? it may have some effect but I doubt it as he likes to CHOP.

  4. In the olden days when you caught a Tench
    you would cook it by placing it on a piece of wood
    fill the belly with herbs and seasonal vegetables
    and place it in an hot oven for 15 minutes per pound.
    Then you would eat the piece of wood.
