  2. It's a shame that people are more inclined to make negative comments after a bad experience than to make positive comments following a good experience. I have to say, for the record, that Jeff has been very helpful every time I've 'phoned or called in, although I was present one time when some joker came in and asked for a throttle cable for a bike with custom bars. 'How long?' asked Jeff. 'Don't you know?' was the abbreviated reply. Needless to say, Jeff told him politely to come back later and the chappy shuffled out the door. I laughed :-)
