24 hours in Oaktown

The sandwich is called "The Slab"
It was at a place like Southies and was a sourdough roll filled with
Mayo, ain't no ordinary Mayo, that claret coloured lettuce, avocado
and this thick slab of bacon...
Oh shit.
The bacon is slow roasted for four hours in duck fat then deep fried
before serving.
It will kill you.
I've eaten bacon all my life.
I've never met a bacon I didn't like.
But I have been to the mountain Brothers.

  1. That seat on your bike looks so comfy I could sleep on it, my wife has got some friends round and they won't leave and I'm now holed up in my garage. Bacon, duck fat..
