back in 1990 when my brother owned this bike it was stock and he painted it in late 70's lowrider [I think 77] livery.. when it was in the shop one day a customer 'wanted his like that'... About 14 yrs ago I bought the fxr from Fred and chopped it up a bit, I am now putting the original bits back on slowly.
I have seen this other bike around for a good ten years and it parks up a couple of streets away - same year as mine, same faux late 70's lowrider paint job - who knows maybe its that same customer.
