We'd seen queues outside this gaff. So I tries it.

It's a weird Ramen,
You whack cold chewy al dente noodles into a lukewarm miso broth with
nori, shallots, mushrooms and char-siu.
You do it gradual, and you slurp the fuck out of it!
At the end you have a starchy bowl of cold soup with little bits of
everything. Oy vey!
Different but not quite as good as my spot.
Then I got my prostate massaged at the House S.B.Y.
