not Long Beach swap meet, more car park near the A40 swap meet but you do what you can with what you got.

UK 'barn fresh' doesnt really mean much..

some of the salesmen were sporting the great british 'hot as hades' look so popular in the custom bike world

but amongst all that we found some good stuff - mother got himself a nice set of modern HD springers to go with his newly won zero frame

a few bikes there but mostly bacon was what was rollin - dont care what you find at a UK swap as long as there is a cup of tea and a bacon roll

there is always something that really gets you - for me it was this 5T speedtwin chop, seat was incredible and the guy who was selling it [for too much] right not to let the seat go separately

our return journey was highlighted by a pass by of some of the Virgin Soldiers SC - one chopped scooter and mostly lammys

NEUTRAL INDICATOR SWITCH

As a rule I dont really follow the FTF line of thought.... except for this week. Why put a little electronic switch in behind the front pulley ... I tell you why, so that little old me gets stuck 2 miles from home on a bike that has nothing wrong with it apart from a fucking light switch, so that little old me gets confounded at every turn on replacing it so in the end I go to the local dealership and give them ££££. Not this time- despite their best efforts my efforts were good enough to FTF. And why cant I start my bike just because the little green idiot light doesnt come on when its in neutral - is it because I might sue someone if I start it in gear and it lunges forward and I hurt my shin. Fuck them. I am back on the road thanks to me, thanks to Andy at The American Car Centre and a miserable Morales.
